I have taught martial arts in our community, we have developed a 5-step approach to build confidence in themselves. These 5 steps can be leaed by anyone? with right-hand drive: 1. The correct posture of the body. The importance of correct posture is essential. We all send hidden messages under our consciousness with the body language and the way they carry themselves. Wear with pride, confidence and security. Proceed as a person with success and confidence show.2. Appropriate contact with eyes. Making good eye contact when talking to others has an enormous impact on the conversation. Have you ever talked to someone and immediately you feel connected? As you? I have known this person forever? It is likely that the importance of understanding the body language and eye-contact.3. Goal Setting. The setting of targets is spoken by all, and most people understand the importance of this process. So why most people miss their mark?
