In 1972, the President of the Inteational Federation of Martial Arts (Kokusai Budo Renmei) OHTSUKA awarded the title? Meijin? (Master), the first time a Karateka was an honor in Japan. Even now, many years after his death in 1982, people all over the world are still in a positive way by OHTSUKA?
