Wushu Martial Arts in China Wushu is a Chinese term that is basically built of two word combinations "wu" which refers to the war and "shu" meaning of art, which generally refers to any type of martial arts in the world. Judo, Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do, Defender, the Krav Maga, Kombat and much more. Unlike Kung Fu, Wushu is the time devoted to current terms, Kung Fu, while on the other hand, literally means a skill, any skill.
