There are more than 120 shareholders, including many authors and all permanent employees. It was established in 1991. At the end of 1995, Trafford opened its doors and the website. They are the first company worldwide to offer an "on-demand service, and are producing best. The Positive Aikido has gone through many phases. The hand-drawings describing each of positive traditional Aikido were begun in 1987 with the intention to provide new students with a reference guide - at the time to be photocopied for students in the United States and later in May and for British students as well. This plan, however, takes more and more drawings were produced. The designs of the first four sets were completed in 1991 and 1993, the second of four groups were added, as well as transcripts of a recorded conversation between Sensei Ellis and Rogers Long Roadtrip from Dallas, Texas, and Alamogordo, New Mexico . Rogers made his 1st Dan during that trip, and Positive Aikido collected many of his stories and information. Yet, it was more than a bunch of papers cobbled together from various sources. In 1999, however, with the advent of digital photography, Sensei Rogers decided to enhance the drawings with digital photos and a booklet for students in all Ellis schools. The picture, however, some parts needed for - and there are many other issues that must be transmitted over. The transcripts have been rewritten and cleaned and digital photos were processed for the first four forms. During another visit to New Mexico, and his assistant Anita Wilson Sensei with Sensei's son performed the demonstrations needed for the last four forms. Later, the first four modules have been re-shot with Sensei Rogers and one of its first students the United States of America, Jeff Glaze of New Mexico. At this time, Positive Aikido was developed as a book. The agent and publishers we contacted agreed, but the material was still very rough. Other photos were taken and a digital work has been done to clarify their technique. Additional sections were added to describe the strategy and the fight against the philosophy of "Positive Aikido". Sections on ethics and morality of art have been developed with the choice of material on a martial art for beginners, and of course, the history of the section was strengthened and sharpened.Lastly a re-organization of the material was carried out with ' adding a section on pins and control of weapons (jo and sword). The work is composed of more than 1000 photos, 600 hand-drawings and complex explanations and tips to make the techniques of Aikido are working properly. It includes writings on the "positive" attitude, and complete the appropriate sections for beginners, intermediate and advanced practitioners.Although several traditional publishers expressed interest in printing the book and the first talks were with a company based in Califoia The advent of "print on demand" and new technologies on the market, for better alteative.Of this book as it stands today, the authors say - "There are many books on martial arts in the world, and that falls into the crowd well - but it is also the only one to complete the work. This is an almost complete representation of a single school of art - it is a historical marker - a book of strategy - a guide to ethics - a technical manual - and this is a table, graph and manifest all things that make martial arts as a whole stand together as brothers and sisters in the same warrior spirit.
